VMWare appliance #117

Installation on Windows is horribly complicated. We may want to provide a
VMWare virtual appliance with preinstalled Ubuntu and a Flex+Alchemy+Lua
Alchemy set up (and some scipt for remote file upload and build). 

Looks like this can be done with free tools (and I own a VMWare Fusion
license if this helps). If we can't redistribute Flex+Alchemy in such
manner (and we probably can't), we may play safe and put a script to
download them.
