Depend on public repo of Simulation Generator

Description

As noted in #28, the Simulation Generator's original Bitbucket repository is private. However, Alex Valcourt Caron kindly, the author, kindly forked it on a new public GitHub repository.

Therefore, it is not needed anymore to use secrets and SSH keys to pull the original private repository, as we should switch the dependency from the private repository to the public repository.

To do

• [x] Switch the dependency on Simulation Generator from the private repository to the public repository.
• [x] Remove the secrets, SSH keys, and GitHub Actions workflow steps necessary to pull the original private repository.
• [x] Edit the documentation to reflect these changes.
• [x] Remove the deprecated documentation in requirements.txt about the installation of legacy dependencies of Simulation Generator. See this commit: https://github.com/AlexVCaron/voxsim/commit/99077c61da5d441b4f344cf58df0bdc7b6fe6f73
