Fork and fix Simulation Generator

Description

As per AlexVCaron/voxsim#5, Simulation Generator is unusable.

Because its author is unavailable (busy), in order to make it usable, it must be forked and fixed. This is not a permanent solution, as the GitHub repository is a mirror of the original GitLab repository.

To do

• [x] Fork Simulation Generator
• [x] Remove config.py and config.json
• [x] Create consts.py and fill it constants and default values
