Added MIS for Gaussian Boson Sampling with PNR detectors and related tools
Convenient modifications for the Gaussian inputs
Updated Docs
Replace reflectivity keyword by loss in the noisy_samplers

I have started the MIS for GBS with threshold detectors as well (so that I will be able to finish the noisy GBS). Let's wait those new features for the next release.

Please, take notes that GaussianInput might change in the future. I still need to figure out what is the most convenient to incorporate imperfections (noisy source & partial distinguishability).
