new snackbar + new select #60

Replace standard select with http://jedwatson.github.io/react-select/ replace mui snackbar with https://github.com/gokulkrishh/react-material-snackbar

These all have problems. The React-widgets are okay, but I couldn't integrate them with redux-form very well

Just leaving this for now, unless more ios problems with snackbar + drawer
