Move back to a custom emacs config? #19

Pretty enlighting stuff here and in the linked blog posts. Maybe I dont need everything spacemacs has to offer. (but maybe im also just lazy)

I gave doom-emacs a try but it doesnt seem to be stable enough in the area's that I need the most (rspec-mode doesnt consistently start in ruby-mode buffers). I want to keep and eye on using chemacs for reasons.
