Latest version requires Admin Rights #193

The previous installer (2.2.3.0) didn't require login as administrator but the latest one does. This is obviously an issue for those of us working on computers which we don't administrate.

@kvakulo - any chance you've got time to take a look at this? If not I can, but being the Inno guy you'd probably sort it out more quickly :)

It appears this issue has been fixed, but when can we expect the download on the homepage to be updated? I just tried again and I'm still getting the "You must be logged in as Administrator" message

We now have 2 installers (the normal, admin-rights one and a portable one) so I need to find time to change the download page. Hopefully I'll get time this weekend.
