Update: Issue resolved by deleting the file C:\Users\Admin\AppData\Local\Hughesoft\todotxt.exe_Url_deohloj10g3ymcl1jrl30n5xr0gg34rs\3.3.0.0\user.config
.

Note: Using todotxt.net portable version from the .zip file (rather than the installed version), works fine.
Once I find the config file, I will try deleting/re-creating it, and see if that resolves the issue.
