Closes #68 .

Parse task to produces tokens
Use tokens to create colored TextBlocks in original order
Save and load color them from options
Color pickers to aid user customize colors

Hi @hellium ! Sounds like a just the feature I was looking for. I've cloned it into my own repo at https://github.com/jucor/todotxt.net/tree/feature-color , see if I manage to compile an executable from there (not a Windows dev myself).
