Incorrect compilation of portable beta version #386

On the beta page at: https://github.com/benrhughes/todotxt.net/releases/tag/3.3.1-beta

The portable version https://github.com/benrhughes/todotxt.net/releases/download/3.3.1-beta/todotxt-portable.zip

is in fact not the beta but an older version.

Can some kind person please compile the portable beta so it can be tested

Needs reopening as the correct portable (non-beta) version is still not there to be downloaded from the designated releases link
