Added support for Recurring tasks, based on description: https://updatenotes.blog/todotxt-recurring-tasks/ and SimpleTask for Android.

Hi, I'm really sorry to do this, but I'll be rejecting your PR. There are a few reasons:

as mentioned in the README and the wiki, the project is now in maintenance mode and no new features are being added/accepted
as also mentioned in the wiki, before starting work you should open an issue so that it can be discussed
as far as I can tell, recurrence is not part of the todo.txt spec
there are no unit tests
