There's no real need to remove the binary since: 1) The build I'm using is a GPL build 2) I'm essentially using fork/exec to call FFMPEG, so I don't need to include it in the license under GPL v3.
But, that doesn't mean I don't need to license Dolomite. So... do that instead.
Remove the binary from the source tree and make users supply their own build. This will simplify licensing.
