Somewhat, I'm always annoyed that many applications (even from Microsoft themselves!) use ribbons for grouping stuff.

A ribbon control, as well as ribbon categories.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Using a TabControl, but this would not solve my problem of having categories. Plus, what about the menu button? I don't think there is a way to make it open a (full-screen (new office) or popup (old office)) menu when clicked.
