Locations for bower.json #39

Can bower.json be placed somewhere else than in the root? I tried place it in a subfolder (a wordpress theme to be specific) but sublime-bower doesnt seem to care about it..

@larscmagnusson For bower to work, the bower.json file should be in the project root. Is the plugin working for you otherwise, @larscmagnusson? Do you have any errors in your sublime console?
