Adding documentation and diagrams #4

I miss a proper documentation of the system. UML diagrams are required as well as a documentation of the setup steps. Javadoc would be nice too.

Currently, I don't have the time to do it. In my opinion, documentation is not that important as functionality. I fixed #3 just now, so this issue won't be fixed within the next time. Even though I think it is important, so I will still let this issue open.
