Missing details in Table of Contents in DeveloperGuide

The table of contents is empty in the pdf document for DG

I think it would be good to fill up the table of contents with subsections or simply remove the section if not information will be provided for future developers.

Yes, I agree. Thanks for pointing it out. The severity should be low because it is not merely a cosmetic issue. This causes some inconvenience to users who prefer looking through the table of contents for the preferred section to using Control-F to find the section.
