Using automatic ID upload some SNGs have been uploaded with slightly corrected names as opposed to previous versions. A warning is shown on download for presentation software, nevertheless it would be convinient to have a logging function which displays all arrangements with more than one SNG or those with no SNG

[x] make use of fallback and make sure tags will be created if not exist
[x] implement test case

Songs with multiple arrangements are marked as invalid if any arrangement has no sng - for some reason some songs did have an empty 2nd arrangement e.g. id=2603
