Extempore tools greyed out. #6

Hello, I cant click on connect, disconnect or any of those tools in the sublimetext2. However the syntax works fine.

I must confess that I haven't touched ST for a long time, and so this plugin may well be bitrotted (I should mark it as such in the README.md for clarity---sorry about that).

I seem to remember that there might have been a need to use ST3 (again, contra to the README) so if you have that handy that might be worth a try. Other than that, I can have a look at it when I get a chance, but I'm on extended leave at the moment so I'm not sure when that'll be.
