Currently, there is no way to configure a Burp scan when initiated by a Burp extension such as toolbox.

We should confirm that this is the case, but if it is, we need to find a way to create an extension generated scan at runtime, so that users of the application can configure it immediately prior to initiating a fuzz to prevent issues and repeated testing.

this is related to #24, as param miner requires an extension generated scan configuration to be correctly set.
