Tuning Motors #44

The motors require tuning for both open and closed loop control. Use the motor_control scripts in the unit test folder to assist. Motors that need tuning:

  1. Drive Motor Left CLOSED LOOP
  2. Drive Motor Right CLOSED LOOP
  3. Servo Motor OPEN LOOP

Also, collect data on byte value (0-127) to linear velocity? you can use the global variables to read the linear speed.
