Phone number extra dashes bug #123

Some numbers are going in as this: 818-642---6293

Phone number format looks weird though the digits are right - 818-642-6293

Sure, its a Nexus 6 running Android 5.1.1. All info is in attached screenshots including pic of extra dashes.
