Polish 1.7 version

• banner doesn't say the correct price
• all of the main and sides images are showing the empty plate every time I go to the main/side screen
• banner bounces down to being horizontal / That happens after I add each side or main
• make the banner a little thinner
• use the same green that the iOS app uses for the banner, and elsewhere?
• space after the dollar signs on the checkout screen
• When I go to remove a bento, the confirm button says "I agree". I think "Yes" is fine instead.
• Delivery Fee doesn't seem to be showing the decimal points.

One other comment: You mentioned in Slack that you're always looking at sale_price? You should usually be looking at the price, not the sale_price. If sale_price < price, then the "on sale" logic kicks in.

I think I am going to release this version, but there's still some polish to be done. I will add those items to 1.8.
