ACTUAL RESULTS:- Incorrect error appear when try to change phone number in absence of internet connection

EXPECTED RESULTS:- Network error should appear when user try to change phone number in absence of internet connection

Reproduction Steps

• Login with valid credentials
• Tap on Profile icon
• Tap on phone number
• Enter Phone number and confirm phone number
• Turn off wifi
• Tap on ‘Change phone number’ button
• Observe , error toast text ‘ this is an error , Please try ‘
