[GAT-BEA002-2] No error or message displayed when Location service is off on device

Bug Description

ACTUAL RESULTS:- No error or message displayed when Location service is off on device. Only the message "Getting your location" is displayed without action.

EXPECTED RESULTS:- There should be a message letting user know that Location is turned off.

Reproduction Steps

User logged out from the App
Open App
Tap No on GPS dialogue box
On Delivery Location screen tap "my location" icon from up right
Nothing happens only "Getting your location" message displayed

@xkokushox Can you take a video and demonstrate what the app does? If you are displaying a message, what is the message that you are showing?
