Bug Description

ACTUAL RESULTS:- No error appears when user selected a location and tries to continue without Internet connection.

EXPECTED RESULTS:- There should be an error

Reproduction Steps

Open App
Select No on Location dialogue box
Select a valid address from the map
Turn off Internet in device
Tick the "curbside" box
Tap Continue
No reaction and no error
