Bug Description

ACTUAL RESULTS:- Continue button is inactive on delivery location screen

EXPECTED RESULTS:- Button "Continue" is active after checkbox is marked

Reproduction Steps

Launch application
Select checkbox
Observe application behavior

This is user error. The user needs to enter an address here. Perhaps we can have an error state that highlights the address box. But as denoted--low priority at the moment.
