[GAT-BEI003-26] Add-ons does not count on the summary icon.

Bug Description

ACTUAL RESULTS:- When you tap "+" on an Add-on, it does not appear to be counted on the summary icon(the upper right icon), but when you tap and go to summary page, the added Add-ons are listed.

EXPECTED RESULTS:- It should count the added Add-ons.

Reproduction Steps

Launch the app.
Log in Credentials.
Complete a bento then finalize, then tap "Back <" at the summary page.
Tap "Today's Lunch" and choose "Schedule a delivery" tap done to reset the cart.
Now tap again "Today's lunch or Schedule a delivery" option, then tap "Cancel". The summary icon will again be accessible.
Tap the summary icon then at the page, tap "Add an Add-ons"
Tap "+" on the add ons and notice that it does not count on the summary icon.
after adding, go to summary page and notice that the added Add-ons are present even though it is not counted.

Yes we should count them and in the standard use case, this works.

The app was already counting add-ons. This bug was caused by the enabled cart button that was allowing the user to go to the summary screen even when the cart was empty, which caused a series of other bugs. I think I already fixed this in the app store build as a part of another issue.
