Easyocr does not work with python3.11 #1

Ah is this a limitation from easyocr, or is it from our end?

Yeap limitation on them. Just had a deeper look into their dependencies txt, so it was fixed in their codebase but it was not release to pypi.

so I guess we can install the package from git repository instead of from pypi
