If the copyright holder wants to follow it up, this app is currently in the app store as a paid app with copyright attribution to developer "Teddy Jackson".

I doubt that they are making much money from it, but I'd like to see things like this put right!

Thanks mate, people from the Australian Bureau of Meteorology are looking at this issue and taking action to get it removed I believe (violations of Copyright laws which are contrary to Apple's iOS Developer Program Licence Agreement)
