We could use a gem like this: http://vinceg.github.io/twitter-bootstrap-wizard/examples/basic-progressbar.html#

And define a series of steps: 1) Where is your material (CDM/IIIF enabled repository/files on my harddrive/internet archive)? (walk through of import/upload) 2) What kind of material do you have? text/forms/spreadsheet/ocr correction 3) private or public? (with a "don't worry, you can change it later) 4) choose transcription conventions (maybe some checkboxes that let you choose a couple different portions) 5) Show your project (pop out link). Provide link to settings for the project.
