pdf uploads set projects as "correction" projects #3195

If you upload a PDF, it seems that the project is set as a OCR correction project even if you don't check ocr correction.

We should reproduce to make sure.

It's appropriate to set projects as correction projects if someone clicks the "import OCR text" under the file upload, but it shouldn't be set if they don't.
