Investigated this in Mandrill. Ben's emails in particular are on a "denylist" in Mandrill due to a "soft bounce" -- in other words, he set it to be rejected by a mail rule. Molly's emails aren't in any denylists, so I think her problem is elsewhere.
Our mandrill email deliverability is 95%, and our reputation is "good".
Also checked Molly's settings in FtP, and she's subscribed to all emails.
My 2 theories: 1) She's not getting emails because there is no activity. 2) She's blocking it on the email client side (no respond to the sender)
We're looking into #2 with a mandrill log export (coming). #1 could be tested with a manual activity on the collection.
We're running into problems (personally observed and also reported by Molly at History Revealed) in which email sent from support@fromthepage.com isn't being received.
The admin addresses should have received the 24 hour activity summary report every night, but the last one I got was from June 27.
This does not seem to be erroring; if I log into the server and try to run the rake task, it runs with no errors. If I try to run the delivery from the rails console, the email renders correctly and appears to send:
