Custom commit message before publish it to Github (feature request) #1179

Option to edit the commit message before publish it from stackedit.io editor. The current default commit message is "Uploaded by https://stackedit.io/"

Stackedit is just great !

Regarding the last issues #416 and #340, what's just happened to that feature ? It is just does not make sense for Githubers. Hope it's still accessible via a well-hidden button I've not seen yet.

Stackedit is very cool indeed!

But I feel like custom github commit message would very very useful addition to the current version.
