Custom icon for Google Drive files #1450

I just created my first markdown file in google drive after linking to the StackEdit app and I am a bit disappointed to see it use a copy of the default google drive document icon. Please make it more distinguishable. Preferably use the StackEdit favicon.

Also when viewing a folder in tiled-mode the rendered version of the file is quite zoomed out and impossible to read
