Https 404 due to incorrect default branch when setting up synchronisation #1848

After linking accounts and no branch is provided it fails to sync with error 404. This is because the default branch is "master" and github now uses "main" as the default.

A simple fix to try to save first with master then with main should work fine.

Any idea if this project is supported? Doesn't seem like there has been any activity in quite a while. I'm setting up a new system for markdown doc sharing and would rather not spend the time investing in something that could stop working any time soon...

Sorry for the delay, but no, there is a thread that states potential alternatives somewhere here I believe.
