Feature Request: TOC should include disclosure triangles to show/hide subheadings... #565

Hi Ben and Co.,

I think this one is pretty self explanatory, but it would be very nice to be able to expand/collapse headings to show/hide subheadings, similar to the way omni outliner, and other outliner programs, work.

I would also like to have the ability to drag and drop headings and all subsequent subheadings and paragraph text contained within to any other position in the document, which would allow for fast re-arrangement of a long and complicated document, with the least amount of headache possible.
