Make consuming state directly from the state snapshot more annoying #366

Apparently I wasn't super clear about my intentions to be able to change the internals (https://github.com/benwiley4000/cassette/issues/365#issuecomment-463844024), so I should fix that. We can change the unstable key to something else longer and harder to type.

Labeling as breaking changes for this release... and never again I hope! :)
