Closes #366.

Change internals key in snapshot so it's much more unwieldy to use.
Set up migration system so snapshots from old versions of Cassette will update gracefully.
Allow snapshot restores to fail without causing Cassette to crash
- This case may be unavoidable if an app downgrades its Cassette version after deploying to users

Good idea about the migrations, I'm planning to do something similar with regards to playlist, since I store different things in meta to make some features work, like navigation to podcast page, and every now and then I have to add new features that require adding new data or changing something in meta.
