Large refactor, simplify and improve reliability

This has been a journey.... the following changes were made to improve the system:

Refactorings

• Move to iframe encapsulation in content view
• Using webextension-polyfill to unify the browser interface
• Using typescript to allow interfaces and types
• Simplify messaging with abstractions
• Better logging
• Using react instead of vue for options/popup
• Using react instead of raw js for content js
• Simplify all entry points by using x.controller.ts to separate concerns
