Goal

Proof of concept offlilne play back using stored EEG data (#2) and pyo to play sound

First attempt

• Use gamma and alpha power bands and assign a separate synth to each one.
• chose note from a scale by dividing up the data into n quantiles for length of scale
  • for each new data point find which quantile it is closest to and chose the note associated with that n'th quantile
