Env build testing #12

Do not merge this yet. Im working on making a auto build exe for us to build out our ENV files. So we can change and modify things as we need with out having to do all this manually as things grow. I just decided to build our own since its simple and so we do not have to take a add another random package to maintain.

This is currently broken however as I need to take and update the methods and it should be good.

Looking pretty good! Also, I wonder if there is a package for managing envs - might be able to either install or take inspiration?

Question: I feel like it's taking the step out of having to insert your own env file. Am I correct?

Will you have to still update the values?

PS: If this isn't ready I believe you can convert to draft. The Big Green Squash and Merge button keeps telling me to click it xD
