Adding in UnitTests #44

Added in starting unit testing file. I need to finish adding in the rest of the test to make sure create activitys works. As right now it will fail due to not having user register started in the test.

However the testing will now run make sure to update and build docker. Once you do you can just run the go testfile or just run it from the docker app ect.
