Support of more than one Nuki Bridge would be great #29

The Bridges have very short Bluetooth range - some people (including myself) have two or more Bridges in use to cover all the doors, so supporting two (or more) bridges would be fantastic.

Would need a major refactoring. If this feature will get enough support, I might think about implementation. Until then, just use a second home bridge instance with different config ;-) You are free to contribute via pull request.
