osmdroid currently aims to be compatible with Google Maps v1.

Add an interface to osmdroid and a wrapper for Google.

I created a branch v2.

Work on this is still very much experimental.

I think I'll merge this back into trunk soon since it also contains some fixes 
that are useful in trunk, and I can already see that the basic idea of this 
wrapper is working okay. I'm still working on adding more supported features to 
the wrapper.

This is basically done. I may still need to add some minor features.

The main thing that's missing is rotation of the v1 map. It may not be too 
difficult to rotate the map but then the built-in compass and zoom controls 
won't work. Probably also need to rotate the overlay items.
