Make game harder? Add difficult mode? #103

A lot of changes have made the game easier, and purposefully so.  Perhaps the 
pendulum should swing back a lot, and make the game a little harder.

Options:
* Buff up Sauron and/or Morgoth.  They're not too scary compared with other 
deep uniques.

* Reduce XP from monsters that are too low a level.  This will encourage 
players to keep the pace of the game fast, increasing excitement.  Also, many 
of the changes make the early game easier, making it more plausible to move 
fast.

I'd hope for a difficult mode rather than a difficulty increase for all.

Why? Because I'm so noobish, that I haven't made it past the 3rd dungeon level 
(first quest in fact) yet.

Perhaps instead of using an experience multiplier of mon_level / power, we 
could use a logistic equation or otherwise less nice experience multipler?
