Review "buyout button" - Githubissues

The buyout button is a really fast way to cycle store inventory.  It is also 
often fairly cheap by the end-game.  It makes ready access to healing potions 
and other high-end items, which changes the game dynamic.

We should consider modifications to reduce its importance:
1) Prevent it from immediately restocking, but guaranteeing a larger change in 
stock in the future.

2) Increasing the cost either by a fixed amount or multiply or both.  Of 
course, players could still buy out manually, but few will.

3) Preventing it from increasing investment.

Of these, I am a fan of #1.  Insta-restock is too powerful to make easy access 
to it at the end of the game.  The other two options make it cheaper/better to 
do something in a slow and painfully slow manner, which is annoying.

In a similar vein, when the player empties the store manually, the stock should 
not be refreshed, unless a new shopkeeper moves in (which is decently 
expensive).

The option should be renamed to 'Clear stock to make way for new goods' or 
something.
