Prevent digging when square is surrounded by rock #152

One of the cheesier things to do with wraithform is to dig a tiny room in the 
rock apart from everything else, where is almost 100% safe to rest.

We should require that at least one adjacent square (to the square to be dug) 
be passable to dig.

Do necromancers get destruction? If so, I may need to revisit the solution.  Or 
perhaps destruction should create as much rubble as wall, or no affect squares 
with wall already.

Necromancers get the equivalent of *destruction*, so this change is still 
useful.
