Need to disarm additional trap costs turn #174

Most game actions that don't work, and the player could know 100% ahead of time 
that it won't work, don't cost a turn. Attempting to place more traps than one 
can shouldn't cost a turn.

Trap-setting code first attacks (invisible) monsters in the square.  Thus, a 
player would get free invisible-monster-detection when they were out of trap.  
Instead, an indicator has been added to the bottom of the screen (see r292).

If trap-setting code is refactored, then we can revisit this issue.
