Many people want to change the resolution, especially in windowed mode, but it 
requires config.txt hacking to accomplish.  There should be an easier way to 
change resolution.

At the same time, it would be awesome if the user could resize subwindows like 
they resized windows in the old windows port. Or at least have a mode where 
they could do so.

It could live in its own executeable, perhaps, and just write to the config.txt 
file.
