Tone down some monsters #83

Some monsters in S are just too painful, even for well-equipped players.  While 
not changing their basic nature, consider making the following less potent:
* Stormcrows (less speed?)
* Lucksuckers
* Pink Elephants (note, sacred cow^Welephant)
* Manticores (note, excellent treasure drop)
